Situated in the Main Entrance, featuring Costa coffee, hot bistro food and hot grab-and-go snacks, including jacket potatoes, paninis and wraps, with daily menus advertised on screen.

WHSmith
Situated in the Main Entrance by the escalators. Stocks a range of newspapers, magazines, sandwiches, snacks, confectionary and drinks. This is currently the only shop in the hospital which accepts credit or debit cards.
Mon to Fri: 8.00 am to 7.00 pm
Sat and Sun: 11.00 am to 4.00 pm

 

WRVS Café
Situated in Abbey Wing, serves tea, coffee, sandwiches and a range of confectionery.
Mon to Fri: 9.45 am to 4.15 pm
Sat and Sun: 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm

 

Just Dine Restaurant (Aspects)
The restaurant is located a short walk from the Duchess of Kent entrance adjacent to Chertsey House, and offers traditional hot breakfast and lunch, including roast, fish and chips and curry days. It also features a deli-bar, salad bar and ice creams.
Mon to Fri: 8.00 am to 3.00pm
Breakfast is served from 08:00 – 11:00 am, and lunch 12:00 – 2:00 pm

 

Post Graduate Centre
Serves Costa Coffee and a range of hot and cold meals and sandwiches in a relaxed environment.
Mon to Fri: 8.00 am to 4.00 pm
Closed weekends

They offer a range of beverages, confectionary and ready meals.

 

Telephones

The nearest public payphones are located downstairs in the main entrance. There are also payphones along this corridor by Juniper and Elm wards, at the entrance to the Duchess of Kent wing and on the corridor that leads to MAU.

 

Toilets

There are visitor toilets inside the department as well as along the corridor from the entrance.  

 

Cash machine

A NatWest cash machine is situated by the Main Entrance to the hospital which offers free cash withdrawal for most UK bank debit card holders.

 

Chapel

The Chapel is located directly below the Intensive Care Unit and is open all day, every day. It can be reached by taking the lift to level 2. If you want a representative from your own religion to attend the Unit our staff will try to arrange this for you. The hospital Chaplains may be contacted at any time, please ask the nurse caring for your relative and they will organise this.
